Common Login Issues
Having Trouble Logging In?
Here are the most common login issues and how to fix them.
Forgot Your Password
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page. Enter your email address and we will send you a reset link. The link expires after 24 hours. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder.
Email Not Recognized
If you see “No account found with this email,” double-check that you are using the same email you registered with. If you used a different email or signed up through a different method, try those credentials instead.
Account Locked
After 5 failed login attempts, your account is temporarily locked for 15 minutes. Wait and try again, or use the password reset option.
Browser Issues
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
- Try using an incognito or private browsing window.
- Make sure JavaScript is enabled in your browser.
- CloseDaily works best on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge (latest versions).
