Understanding AI Credits
CloseDaily’s AI tools use a credit system. Each plan includes a monthly allotment of AI credits that refresh on your billing date.
How Credits Are Used
- Voice AI Practice: 1 credit per minute of practice.
- Content Studio: 1 credit per content generation.
- Smart Planner: No credit cost — included with all plans.
- CRM AI Features: 1 credit per AI-assisted action.
Checking Your Credit Balance
Your remaining credits are displayed in the top-right corner of the AI Tools tab. You can also view your usage history in Settings under “AI Credits.”
What Happens When You Run Out
When your credits are depleted, AI tools will show a “Credits Exhausted” message. You can wait for your monthly refresh or purchase additional credits from the Subscription page.
Getting More Credits
- Upgrade your plan: Higher-tier plans include more monthly credits.
- Purchase add-on credits: Buy additional credits from Settings > Subscription.
- Wait for refresh: Credits reset on your monthly billing date.
Note: Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. Use them or lose them.
